Rules  
We will be following the USA Gymnastics Developmental Code of Points and Elite Code of Points.  The Mulligan rules below we will follow in correlation with the developmental code and Elite Code.   
The athletes will have the opportunity to compete and demonstrate their progress.  As well as provide an opportunity for athletes levels 8-elite to earn a score towards mobility.

3:30 PM - Athelte Check-in 
3:45 p.m.- Warm-up
4:00- National Anthem, Line up
4:15- Begin Competition
8:10- Finish
